WOW!!! Kendra has been part of ACORD for 9 years, and her aesthetic journey started right here with Sara. 🩷
She began her career as Sara’s very first National Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), stepping into aesthetics with heart, a learner’s mindset, and a willingness to learn everything she could. From day one, this wasn’t just a job to her; it was the beginning of something that would shape her personally and professionally. ➡️
Born and raised in Naples, Florida, Kendra completed her NCMA certification at Florida SouthWestern State College. She went on to gain early clinical experience in urology and OB/GYN, building a strong foundation in patient care before relocating to Richmond with her husband. What started as a clinical role quickly grew into a deep passion for patient care, teamwork, and creating a space where people feel genuinely seen and comfortable. 🙌
Over the years, every patient she has cared for, and every teammate she has worked beside, past and present, has played a part in shaping who she is today. 🎀 Kendra takes pride in showing up for her team, supporting others, and contributing to an environment built on trust, respect, and collaboration.
✨ Now serving as Office Manager, she continues to bring that same energy into leading daily operations and supporting both staff and patients with intention and care. ✨
Outside of work, Kendra is in her favorite season of life. She’s a proud mom to her son Kane, a wife, and a homebody who loves slow nights on the couch watching sports and being with her family. She enjoys rollerblading when she can and loves tending to her “chaos garden,” a mix of wildflower seeds where she lets nature do its thing and enjoys seeing what pops up in her garden bed each season. She also leans into a little astrology energy and is a Leo through and through. The beach is her reset, a nod to her Naples roots ☀️🏖️🛼🌼♌️
At the center of it all, Kendra’s story is rooted in gratitude for her beginnings, her growth, her team, and the people who continue to be part of her journey. ❤️ Drop some LOVE!

Ashley Arutunian is a Registered Nurse. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bon Secours Memorial College of Nursing. She graduated with the highest of honors, and completed a nursing residency program on the St. Mary’s Labor and Delivery Unit. Prior to attending nursing school, Ashley worked in the cosmetics industry as a makeup artist for ten years. Her passion is assisting others with feeling confident and beautiful in their own skin, while creating an individualized treatment plan to fit her patient’s personal needs.
A native from Tennessee, Ashley now resides in Richmond with her husband, Andrew. Outside of work, she enjoys antique shopping, traveling, exercising, and spending time with her rescue Border Collie, Willow.
