Children:
Although we love children here at the Aesthetic Center of Richmond Dermatology, we ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. This is for the safety of your child and our staff.


Payment:
Notice of Non-Covered Service and Authorization for Payment-
Cosmetic services provided through the Aesthetic Center of Richmond Dermatology are strictly for cosmetic purposes, not medically necessary, and therefore are not covered by insurance. All payments must be paid in full, at the time of service, for all services rendered in the Aesthetic Center. Results vary individually, and no guarantee of outcomes can be made; therefore, no refunds will be issued.

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, and apple pay.

We offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry.

Cancellation / No-Show:
Appointments Canceled with less than 24 hours or no-showed, including appointments for pre-paid package series, will be charged a $50.00 cancellation fee.

If a patient no-shows and/or late cancels 3x times in a calendar year, the patient will be required to pay all fees prior to scheduling any aesthetic appointments.

Our Providers are booked out weeks to months ahead and have a waitlist. Last-minute cancellations/no-shows do not allow us time to fill those appointment slots.

Late Arrivals:
When scheduling appointments, we book for the correct amount of time to complete your service. A late arrival will deprive you of treatment time. In fairness to other scheduled patients, your treatment must end on time. If you are not able to be on time, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, with many treatments, it may be necessary to reschedule you.


Package/series:
All packages/series of treatments must be used within 18 months from the date of purchase.


Quotes:
All quotes are good for 90 days from the date the quote was given.
